Well it's a wrap. We have just put the boat up till March 17th when we will resume fishing for tog and stripers. The season finished strong with a great catch of stripers and another great day on the tog including a 15 pound female released by Mike Junck to get the new year started. Thanks to everyone for another great season. Looking forward to seeing you all again this year.

Lancaster Laboratories took a group of clients out for a day of striper fishing. Many of the stripers fell short of the minimum but we did catch a monkfish as a bonus along with a few tog. The folks from I D Griffith joined us next and we once again found a fair number of undersized stripers and another monkfish. With only short stripers we opted to give togging a try and managed to harvest a limit to finish the day. Mitch Morris and friends joined us next and we found real good numbers of short stripers and once again finished the trip with a good catch of tog. John Dilling and friends had a tougher day on the stripers releasing a handful and finished up harvesting a fair number of tog to finish the day. Next we put together an all star group of tog fisherman in an effort to get some quality video for Vince Capone's soon to be released Delaware Reef video. It was a perfect day and we returned home with a limit of tog with several citation sized fish released for another day. Next, we had David Baker and family on board for a day of striper fishing. We didn't manage any keeper stripers but Daniel did a great job with his first striper. They took us up on an offer to catch a few tog and went home with a good catch of tog to 9 lb 8 oz.

After the Christmas holiday and a few weather days, Bob Klem and friends joined us for two days of tog fishing. The first of which we went out in the ocean to get some clean water and found a good number of tog up to 7lb 4 oz release for Bob himself. The following morning we stayed closer to home and had a excellent catch of tog including a 10lb 14oz release for Pat Forley, a 8lb 12 oz release for James Thomas, a 7lb 12oz release for Bob Klem, and a harvested fish of 7lb 12 oz for Michael Donahue. The following day Bernie Smelstoys and friends opted to do some tog fishing and had a limit catch including a 10lb release for Capt Carey, a 8lb fish for Mike Matarese, and a 7lb 2 oz fish for Bernie himself.

After the passage of a few more fronts and the new year we were joined by Rodger Rexrode and friends for a day of striper fishing harvesting 10 stripers and releasing over 30 stripers. We finished the next day with Alex Levantowsky and friends for a great day of tog fishing. We didn't limit out but had good catch including a 15lb monster tog release for Mike Junk, a 10lb release for Mike Junk, a 9lb 4 oz release for Kenny Brittingham, a 8lb 4 oz fish for Bill Guzman, and a 8lb fish for Kenny Brittingham.

The 2007 book is already starting to fill in so if you need a weekend, let us know early. We can book the date now and the deposit won't be due until April 1.
