  We would like to start off by letting you all know that you can now reach the grizzly by using www.grizzly sportfishing .com. Our congratulations go out to Dan Norman and Vince Conway who held on to win second and third place in the Lewes Harbor Tog Tournament. Tog fishing slowed a bit the last week of October after a three day blow but things picked back up at the end of the month back to normal and Dan Norman, Alex Levantovsky and friends found a mix of tog and bass on an ocean site one day and a nice catch of tog in the bay on another occasion.

Tom Brower and friends got things started on the striper grounds the last of October with a limit plus of large stripers with no small fish to be found. Then over the weekend Indian summer arrived with temperatures near 80 slowing the striper fishing for a few days. The fish that were caught during this warm spell however were all over 35" with many of fish weighin over 20 lbs. After the cold front passage things have picked up to what it should be with a nice spread of stripers. The guys from I.G. Griffith were along Monday morning after the front and had an excellent day with their limit of large fish up to 27 1/2 lbs by 8am. The group spent the rest of the day looking for small fish to complete the limit many more large stripers including a 23 3/4 lb fish and a 241/2 lb fish. John Peituska and friends also had an excellent day on the stripers capturing their limit of large fish and releasing several others looking for small fish as well. Maybe this next cold front will send us some slot fish to complete limits on stripers but no one seems to complain about to many large fish.
