Summer weather has finally arrived and begun to warm up the cold waters of the Atlantic and the Delaware Bay. Things are still slow getting started at our end of the bay on the trout and flounder but this weather should help spring them to life.
Mark Anderson and friends had an enjoyable day of tog fishing. They captured a nice limit catch of tog including a 7lb 8 oz fish for Ray Bowman. The very same afternoon Greg Crone and friends also harvested a limit catch of tog with the big fish award going to Jim Wilson with a 7lb 12 oz. tog.
The following morning we were joined by a group from the Word of Life church. They enjoyed calm seas and another limit catch of tog. Pastor, as one could say, led the flock and was the highliner of the day. The same afternoon Damion Marcinizyn and friends enjoyed another day in search of togzilla. We never did find him but we did capture a nice catch of tog.
On Father's Day we were joined by Brent Conley and family for a day off from Conleys Remodeling in Lebanon, Pa.. Everyone had a great time and the group captured a whole mess of tasty seabass.
