September was a tough month as far as the bottom fishing goes. September usually produces some excellent mixed bag catches on every given day. October has started off the same with the exception of one trip. Looking forward to some nice catches of tog starting this week. We will continue to tog fish thru the new years holiday. Stripers will be on the menu before we know it and will continue thru the new year as well.

Thanks to everyone who joined this past month we hope to see you folks all again. Here a a few of the highlights of the past month. Rob Lammey and friends had hoped to capture some flounder but mother nature had other plans. the guys fished hard and had a great catch of croakers along with some sea bass instead. Tom Smiga joined us for a day offshore trolling. We let him know tuna fishing had been the pits so we set off marlin fishing. Before 10:30 am they had each released there first white marlin along with breaking off another white marlin as the circle hook broke. They also caught a boat limit of dolphin and we were on our way back in before noon. Chris Filoromo and family put together a nice catch including a limit of trout, croakers sea bass and triggerfish. Paul Walsh and friends despite choppy conditions caught a limit of trout, croakers, and bluefish. Karl Reed and freinds put together a nice mixed bag catch. The cooler held 17 tog along with 14 triggerfish, three blowfish, couple croakers and a seabass.

If you would like to get into some of this great fall fishing to come give us a call. We do have and enclosed heated cabin for those cool fall mornings ahead. Remember to take the kids fishing.
